We want you to be happy with everything you receive from Shelzy's Designs. Here's what you need to know about our return and refund policy.

Personalized Water Bottles: Because every bottle is made to your exact specifications, your name, your font, your wording, personalized items are final sale. We cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or a change of mind. However, if your bottle arrives damaged, misprinted, or with an error that is our fault, we will replace it at no charge. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right.

Digital Downloads: All digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered. Because our templates are instant-access products, we cannot issue refunds after download. If your file won't open, the download link is broken, or the content doesn't match the listing, contact us within 7 days of purchase at shelzysdesigns@outlook.com. We will resolve it with a replacement file or store credit.

We do not offer refunds for digital products due to a change of mind, accidental purchase, or incompatibility with software you don't already have. Please check the compatibility information on each product page before purchasing.

For orders placed on Etsy, Etsy's buyer protection policy applies in addition to these terms.
